            Resident Director Position at the University of Maryland

            Our Resident Directors at the University of Maryland bring experiences from a variety of fields, such as Higher Education/Student Affairs Administration, Psychology, Public Policy, and Liberal Arts. What you will find we have in common is a strong sense of professionalism, fun, and satisfaction with what we can and do accomplish. We try to promote a healthy balance between work and personal life and our Resident Directors are encouraged to find this balance in their lives.
